In September, we asked all visitors of the Delfi Meedia’s event to take out their most luxurious masks, dresses and suits from their closets and take steps towards the Estonia concert hall. Once again, the goal was to offer the participants something new and exciting that had not been done in previous years. This is how the concept of the masquerade ball was invented.

First, Mattias Naan and Kaarel Nõmmik (Estonian comedians) entertained the visitors with stand-up and laughter. The shows made fun of Delfi’s past years and highlighted the most influential articles. During their performance, they used a Delfi Pet that was produced specially for this audtion.

Catering was provided by the Estonian National Opera, true theater style food- potato salad, salmon bread and much more.

To involve the guests, we game up with a game. Visitors could write down their name, and then 5 men and 5 women were chosen by lottery. It was necessary to complete various tasks, for example finding red lipstick and splash among the crowd.

The musical part was provided by NOËP, who did a very powerful performance, and at the end of the evening, DJ Aaro Põder spun the record.

Delfi Media’s masquerade passed with positive emotions, lots of dancing, laughter and wonderful new memories and experiences.
